I understand everyone here is smart but UBS is smarter. DO you think they would buy 42 million stake for a loss??.
Kogan is expected to be cash flow negative in 1h2019. Having too much equity in business also isnt a great sign as it restricts owners ability to manoveure. Plus online retail is a growing market .
You can down ramp this stock as much as you want but you cant stop it
