Kogan was known to be in the market to sell some stock....
Price went down on speculation
Kogan confirmed he wanted to sell stock but did not get the price he wanted.
A couple of days later sells it at a price which was at a discount to the market price.
There was the WARNING ....
He doesn't care. He has made enough to pay for his $40 million home
