Also wanted to let everyone know that with all of my Kogan buying (extensive) I've had one item go missing.... It was an audio book (one of two on the same order). After not being able to find tracking details I made the supplier aware through the kogan app email process. To my surprise, they replied saying they would look into it. Within 24hrs another email replied with an apology and asked me did I want a replacement or a refund? I selected refund. I've just received notification from kogan that a refund is being processed and will go to my credit card. Last year I put my dividend into kogan purchases.... This year I'll do the same
