    US$50k per month only equates to an additional 3.2 mill shares per month, even if they are put to market immediately that is very limited downward pressure relative to secured funding for a major project moving forward. As others have alluded, this is hopefully just the stop gap required to accelerate development and secure major funding. GLTAH
