I didn't see the bit about no wages, although wages could be back paid after an ill defined event which is a little bit different.

Remember they tried to sell this as a concentrate project with limited chance of selling this type product on world markets. The ore is low grade and they are now trying to produce an intermediate product, not steel. Iron ore or steel, its still selling ice cream to eskimos for me in the current market, hope they can pull something out of the bag for holders.
