An Assumption to @adelaideoval and Co regarding the 249D, Who approached you to put in a spill of the board back then, was it Kevin Joseph, Dr I Burston or I W?
Is this why you really couldn't say much as they were driving it. Did you believed you had he numbers until someone paid for their options to get them over the line.
I'm dreaming/hoping the CI that bailed was aligned to DR Burston/Kevin Joseph and that's why he pulled the pin after the fail coup..
