Ann: Kollakorn Raises A$500,000 from Chinese Investors, page-13

Well, I think the Chinese Owner is FENG YUJUAN, who now owns 10,209,329 Shares in KKL as of 30th Sept 2020.
He had a small holding before buying the 9,615,384 Shares on the 6th Nov 2017.
Easy to check, just go back to prior Annual Reports, and the last page shows the Top 20 Shareholders.
The interesting thing is FENG YUJUAN was a Shareholder in Isity Global Pte Ltd holding 22,143 Shares at the Acquisition Date, or 1.9% of Isity Global Pte Ltd.
