zaba is MH , works for Chinese and is trying to disrupt by talking B's to some locals.
- problem is ceo negotiate some contracts badly and did not use local resources to help him.
- PNM should be trading around 20c.
- CEO needs to get his sh..toghther and key people to start supporting him again and stop antagonising behaviour.
- pay on time
- make prompt decision, not 12 months later and $5m later. Time is money
- 80/20
- start implementing a plan to have internal controls/selfdependance on operation, not having ur balls in hands of contractors
