I know them. PNM is dealing with the wrong people. In any development in a customary land, all landowners must agree to venture into business with the landowners from the beginning. Also there are what they Called tribal representatives or trustees. PNM have never consult all and deal only with the socalled ones. I reiterate the landowners will never allow their land for prospecting or mining lease. Full stop!
