Not for Jejevo tenement. A dispute is a dispute from the landowners point of view. The true landowners and true trustees have been left out in the process making it difficult for PNM to do any mining activity there. As i have stated earlier, since 2018 no work was done despite having the PL which will expire in october 2023. Why? It is because of the land dispute. I beleive people now know they have rights especially access rights in the process. It is respectfully advisable that PNM dig deep and find out all landowners for without it, I humbly echoe that no company can penetrate Jejevo tenement. I encourage PNM to focus elsewhere and not Jejevo as the situation on ground will always be tensed, unsafe and illegal to enter. The indigenous people should be respected at all times.
