The Government needs alot of things but due to self interest they never happen, but I will say PNM did a good job to secure Glencore, that's a big name. Axiom secured a large offtaker as well but could never get the government to approve the necessary permits and sent them broke.
Anyway, lets hope the SI Govt proves us all wrong this time and PNM can get on and export nickel. They have the best mining manager in Australia working for them at least.
