A very similar code of conduct was evidenced by AVQ and the then SI dept heads,  when the SI High Court  concluded that  Axiom’s original PL and ML granted over Kolosori tenement were cancelled by High Court appeal. Cancelled because High Court ruled Axioms PL and ML were issued without  due processes in  the remarkably short period of only 2days was was bigger unlawfull and unprecedented.
