    Well said. KKT management are just astonishing.

    Gobsmacked at how well they have handled everything & now delivered a result like this.

    I'm scathing about selling. I did the calc's carefully & under my tax situation was only looking at a marginal IRR < 2% - so I arrogantly thought I could redeploy my capital more efficiency.

    Deserve the sting I'm feeling.
