    Given Maximus trade on a P/E ratio of 20, any bid up to $1 per share would be earnings accretive for them.

    Fingers crossed.... the tussle isn't over just yet. Having said that, I'm quite a happy holder at the current price considering I'll also get to capitalise on a 50% CGT discount for holding over a year.
