I'd like to see less reliance on income from government...

I'd like to see less reliance on income from government contracts, although Konekt are diversifying through differing government contracts, which is good. Increasing income diversity from a variety of corporate contacts would be good to see and possibly an exposure to international markets in the future.

I'd also like to see a further push into the employment services/recruitment sector through Mission Providence. The recruitment sector especially, as it gives the potential for decent recurring revenue.

But overall, it's difficult to find a company like Konekt in the sub-100m market cap category. They have a solid history (being around since 1992), they continually make logically sound acquisitions and they've consistently increased their revenue and profitability. I believe this company has great potential and I'm looking forward to holding this company for years to come.
