Industry feedback (not specific to Konekt) is that new caseloads (reducing backlog) are starting to come through to rehab providers from the remaining insurance agents in NSW: EML and Allianz. This will have been a result of the ramp up in recruiting by EML for case managers. Apparently these new staff being recruited are signed up on iCare contracts (not EML). This would indicate the longer term strategy is to take work back into iCare. iCare are ramping up staffing and recruiting heavily from Insurers and Rehab providers.
