It’s interesting how the JV partner has been forgotten. NME still own the tenements MCT is drilling & farming into. MCT need to spend $5m to get 51% of what NME already own. MCT market cap $36m, enterprise value $18m; NME $15m & $17m. MCT seems relatively overpriced doesn’t it?
