You looked the 2014 annual report and extracted Page 96, but you missed next page (Page 97) where clearly stated substantial shareholders:
There is no announcement of any change of substantial shareholder since 12 September 2014, so Chinese still hold at least 65.75%.
They might be buying MGX shares on-market yesterday.
