    Are my maths right?
    1.09bn shares x 25c values the company roughly at $273m about $100m below cash backing
    Some estimates of repairs put the figure as high as $100m (Fin Review a couple of days ago)
    Looks valued at cash backing at current prices (assuming they ll go ahead with the repairs)
