For a new buyer this is what I look for when determining whether a stock is at or near rock bottom (thereby buying a bargain!)
Again my thoughts and no advice is to be taken onboard without further research

Low morale amongst shareholders - check
Low sentiment and not much discussion/chatter on social media - check
Huge buying and support by a broker/s - In this case Pershings (am wondering whether it is Kyle Haynes) since 1 September at 1.5c (~$600,000, >40,000,000) adds further proof that this should be the low - check
    Newsflow to come - check

TA wise looking at the last 6 months I believe a break of 1.6c on some volume could see a target of 2.2c/2.3c target short term and this is where I would look to sell as a disclosure.

In my opinion don't discount another acquisition of some sorts perhaps this is the reason why there has been big buying over the last month or so by a couple of brokers.

All the best to all Shareholders
