Eurasian did plenty of work, but nothing particularly useful. Another group did some drilling which intersected the high grades reported, but no systematic targeting has been undertaken.
im just confused as to why soil sampling especially where there's transported and/or deflationary cover. There are literally thousands of.outcroppimg reefs.and targeting should involve mapping out the veins, structural interp and ground geophysics.
Despite some high grades in rock chips, this approach (rock chip sampling) is pointless given the oxidation of the near surface. The best targeting approach would be to find ore shoots associated with sulphids via well planned induced polarisation surveys. there are many locations there where the vein density could signify open pit potential.
Given the distribution of nugget, and more importantly, specimen gold finds there, its fairly obvious that the system is fertile in its entirety, and the key is finding the ore shoots. Not playing kids games with soil sampling.
