Certainly, there is chance that LT is right about the shakedown.
Certainly, it wouldn't be the first time, nor the last.
If we can have this resolved by the time good weather is back, that will work.
Honestly, I can blame TLAwC if that is what is happening.
They lose their bargaining power once everything is signed off.
Id want to maximize what I could get as well
