This is the most positive thing I have read from AAR yet.

Mid to Late 2012: Commencement of Plant construction and pre-strip of Sandiego Open Pit"

If they can actually stick to a timetable and even more importantly, inform the market we could very well be on the way. Especially the 2 very positive points above.

I still hold, but won't consider buying anymore until they can demonstrate they are fair dinkum. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but this is the first time I have read the PFS indicated it wasn't economical to go underground as they were originally planning to do. Can anyone point me to where they reported that previously?
