In Nov the Arc minerals transaction was completed which netted KMT approximately 35.5 million shares in arc worth circa 2.2million $s which are subject to customary orderly sales provisions. It’s my understanding that this money can be called upon via staged sales of ARC shares which will come in very handy as the company develops its Uranium Niger assets.

The company has built a very experienced team with the recent appointments of Mr Eggins an Ex PDN and WMC guy and also mining engineer Quinten de Klerk.
