Unfortunately for ex holders Rabooth you are right. The in specie distribtion was dependant on an IPO so fact not proceeding with IPO means condition not met so no requirement to provide this in specie distribution.

There is no legal case here as pretty clear terms and conditions outlined as to what triggers this in specie distribution.

I feel for ex holders, but as they say they can buy back in cheaper now if they want exposure to MGH and LUG.
