Why have they used NPV5, that is a very low discount rate for what is a risky project all things considered. An NPV10 would have been more fair, especially considering a high inflationary environment means the time value of money right now (given you could invest it in a stock index as a base case) is closer to, or exceeding 10%. I wonder what NPV10 looks like.
NPV/Capex ratio at 383/424 = 0.9. Large up front risk of capital for not much return.
