Hmmm... A week or so after they announced the 2.2Moz, DEG raised $32M at 0.28. a 9% discount to the 10 day VWAP. They would have had ~1B SOI at the time. The MC would have been at least $280M at 0.28. we all know it went much higher not long after the CR..
