I suspect they are going to move more slowly than the GDOT. Really the customers are likely to come from Georgia, Texas and Colorado - and maybe Korea. But given the breakeven cost could is just $12m pa, that should be enough. IMO if the approval is given for white topping in Georgia, the company will probably be profitable.
