Who said they are going to get government funding? I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere

They have been claiming this since 2020
"We understand funding for the planned 20-well pilot program will be provided by a South African financial institution. However, we estimate Kinetiko will need to raise ~$6m of additional capital over the next year to continue to progress is other exploration and appraisal activities"
They have been "advanced negotiating" for over 2 years ? (it doesn't mean it wont happen - but just something to be aware of).
Who said they are going to get government funding? I haven't...
