the exclusive technology license and technical assistance in design,
construction, and operation of the Factory.

Todays announcement 26th February 2020 from POW "The Company advises it had no prior knowledge about the Agreement being entered into and, following the Agreement being brought to the Company’s attention, the Company sought clarity from DST and KORID on certain aspects of the Agreement."

They could be, might be silent partners but if you dont have a handle on what is going on with day to day running of the company and entities you are involved with. Then it says to me the company is either incompetent or they dont care about the company and the shareholders as long as they are being paid their salaries.
