Who the hell runs this circus.

Looks like nobody wants to, probably booking one way tickets to parts unknown. We lost a lot of money on the BS spun out on false premises and lack of information keeping by holders informed of material changes to company projects.

The writers of the announcement claim they did NOT know what was public information for a considerable amount of time. What a Joke/Sham... how and when have they kept their shareholders informed on all matters pertaining to critical events affecting the SP and they still managed to put up the statement below at the end of the announcement:

" Protean Energy Limited is focused on the commercialisation of the V-KOR vanadium battery energy
storage systems via its Korean joint venture subsidiary, KORID Energy Co Ltd (KORID).

Protean is also developing a multi‐energy mineral project in South Korea through its 50% holding in
Stonehenge Korea Limited (SHK). SHK is a JV company between Protean and KOSDAQ-listed DST
Co Ltd (DST).

SHK owns 100% of the rights to 3 projects in South Korea, including the Company’s
flagship Daejon Vanadium Project."

Really???? Utter BS, The flagship project is no more. How are they FOCUSED on the commercialisation of the V-Kor battery energy storage systems? they didn't even know about the DST deal in the US, focused my Rsss. Tell me again ...What multi energy mineral project are they developing ? Do the shareholders know it is still a project, or if it ever was?

What sort of public company is this ?? The regulators need to have a very close look at the nature of management of this company and very quickly.
How is this company allowed to trade.? Why are they being paid and for what ?? Who cops it in the end ... the mug punters of course.

A lot of questions need to be answered by who ever runs this company today and previously.

DYOR , just my biased views after dropping what I consider a lot of hard earned money by "INVESTING' in this dud based on a Vtech rollout ... What real assets does this company have in case it winds up.
