In the meantime this whole business seems to reek of unexplained and suspicious activities with regard to POW and Stonehenge, DST, Patak, LKAT, the question then has to be asked, has there been any fraudulent activity involved in the operations of any of the so called partners.

Certainly the latest announcements have led to a great deal of confusion for all parties, not in the know and undoubtedly their "not in the know", concerned shareholders.

Legal action seeking recompense for lost opportunity costs, damages, false, misleading and no statements or announcements being made to shareholders advising of material changes of company asset positions, possibly detrimentally, affecting their share values in the immediate term, let alone the viablity of the company as a going concern without the assets, originally described as being in place, to entice investors to buy POW shares in the first place.

What does POW actually own right now, please tell the shareholders right now .. whomever runs this company!!

It seems whomever runs this company does not know, ... Why ?? Have the shareholders have been misled by POW .Has POW been misled by their partners? The shareholders, current and previous, have copped the losses whichever way you shake the tree. The Company has a duty to report material changes to the shareholders immediately, not months later.

The current and previous shareholders have a number of legal pathways seeking recompense .. Class action lawyers and litigation funders might well be interested apart from the regulators.

Why is this company still trading??? Who runs it, who is responsible, who will be legally liable .. is anyone out there going to tell it how it really is and tell it straight .. to the shareholders .. right now.

It's your money the management is spending! DYOR

The ASX/ ASIC/ACCC, other regulators and the law enforcement agencies may well want to investigate this venture a lot further if they are not already onto it..
