I've run the numbers on the grades etc, noting that rare earths are pretty difficult to price up, and it is certainly profitable, especially when you consider you can walk down to the ore body in the old mine and there is rare earth processing plant down the road. It's not Filo or Olympic Dam but it's profitable and should be multiples of current SP. The thing is if there was 50Mt at 5% REE we wouldn't be buying it for 3c. And if it turns out for some unforeseen reason not to be good it will go down but there's a long way to go before either outcome is a certainty - risk and reward. Right now the reward looks big compared to the risk.

You seem like a pretty fair dinkum guy ... In reality FD people on HC are not that difficult to pick. Mr Harbinger is probably a totally decent person in real life and we could likely debate the pros and cons of PRS ad infinitum over a beer or two in total civility ..... (maybe not, lol)

But given I am 6 figures deep in this stock (and to be fair, it has been a tough hold, hence my perhaps out of character reactions to Mr H) ...

I am not keen to hear 1 liners from anyone who may or may not have an agenda (particularly when they hold no stock!)

I am more than open to honest legitimate debate on the Company ... negative or positive.
