A couple of interesting points in the tables there.
Firstly the mill is rated at 4Mtpa base case (page 30), but that's based on the hardest ore type. Average ore there is easy-milling so it's realistic to think they could mill at 6Mtpa, which also happens to be the crusher capacity.
Secondly both the mill and crusher are already on the way, which is a big vote of confidence and means those long-lead items won't be a bottleneck for construction. Also the camp is already being built.
Thirdly the mining profile (page 40) drops away after the underground finishes, but the underground ore reserve is constrained by drill coverage. It would be reasonable to assume that as drilling is extended the underground reserve will get bigger, adding to the mine life and adding "free" tonnes to the mill profile.
Fourth, from a geological perspective the fact that they're mining at a low grade cut-off reduces the reconciliation risks.
Lastly the group of independent experts is a well renowned team.
