The Doc stated that Barrick has the records to back up its Tax return.
The Doc said on that basis he believes no tax is payable.
The Doc said in any case there are around $17 mill in tax credits inherited from Barrick.
Its nonsense that you would ignore that Barrick has the records to back up its Tax return subject to the amended assessment.
Stating that you would ignore this is irresponsible posting.
