I really like the way BSE clearly explain their plans and reasoning in their announcements. Expansion is a no brainer on these figures, and I have every confidence they will use the funds wisely and carefully. I've worked on projects for most large Australian resource companies, and it's horrific the amount of shareholder money they waste.
A friend of mine worked on the original Kwale design (done by Ausenco) and he spoke very highly of the engineering and project management team at Base. I have every confidence they will do a great job on this expansion too.
