investors can assume that profit will keep growing at same rate for too many years. This ignores competitive action, margin decreases required for growth and in the case of KPG on so many of the right target firms to acquire.
‘’going overseas sounds great but is not so easy. And as growth in Australia is chased there is the risk of acquiring poor fitting firms and paying too much as the model depends on acquisitions to survive.
