It was about me trying to understand. And ok, trying to understand the SP movement. As I don’t at the moment.
My question about what numbers people were looking at is based on the way numbers are presented for the overall group and the profit attributable to shareholders. A number of the key metrics published by the board are not relevant to shareholders. And it is these metrics that have not only shown the greatest growth but are the larger profit numbers. The profit made by businesses that Kpg have equity in is a relevant number but not a key metric for Kpg shareholders.
Or that is what I thought. And I had wondered if this contributed to any unintended confusion and an overvalued SP.
