My takeaway is that the market doesn't fully realise the true valuation of KPG and it may be better realised by a private buyout (sounds like they have had suitors already) or re-listing in the USA. Hence the buyback. I bought more shares after watching, hopefully I can keep riding the KPG train as their strategy plays out over the next 20+ years but if they do get taken private I'll enjoy the ride for as long as I can.
