I'm assuming it's just renewing the old buy back (too lazy to check the lapse date on the old one). I doubt they'll actually buy any shares since the last buy backs were around 3.5 and unless PabloB is right we may not see that again It's doubtful we'll see a CR for anything short of something massively transformative or a major acquisition which unless Brett has totally shifted strategy wont happen. Considering revenue and with most of the upfront costs of the international expansion behind us I doubt we need a CR for them.
