The great thing with the sub-underwriting by directors and large shareholders is that any shortfall shares will be going to good hands as opposed to normal raisings where any shortfall gets offloaded by the underwriter and usually gets subsequently dumped on market thus depressing the share price.
Assuming of course that there is a shortfall.
