The share price is where it is because of constant and repeated failure to deliver on literally everything they have said they would do. They talk the talk but unless tangible results follow that all it is, talk, and I can assure you that talk is cheap, hence why their SP just constantly declines when they kick the can down the road with another excuse. So they may be on the list but the probability of any of their power projects coming to fruition is still very low.
