I really love this. Why did they sell the business to Bega in the first place to then go out and actually setup shop all over again?
Sometimes when you lose you should just accept the decision and go home and not make legal argument just because you can.
Their deep pockets didn't help here and is testament to a declining company with loads of crappy decisions in recent years.
I'm confident that Warren Buffett regrets the day he ever bought a single sharing in Kraft but instead stuck to that other food staple Apple!!
