    Well if you took away the cash the MC wouldn't be 54m would it? Wouldn't it be hypothetically be closer to 20m given we exclude the potential trailing royalty?
    As for the value of the tenements and more importantly the team..... Both appear to be of a superior quality to most juniors out there imo.
