Word on the street is that the Sami's tactic to ambush KRM has backfired on them. And the government may be on the side of KRM here. While uncertainty around permitting does exist, it's not a dead horse yet and there's still a possibility these permits will be awarded.
If they get the permits it will be interesting to see how the company proceeds amidst the local opposition considering their drive for exemplary stewardship. Watch that space!
