I truly hope you are right, every day that passes is another day closer to appeal window closing, as for an appeal being "swiftly dealt with", i believe 12 months is the timeframe quoted here for appeals, this is the reason why we sit at 4.5 cents i believe, i have a taken a bigger bite here than any other stock ive owned so i am as keen as any to see the green light for Penikat.
