Agreed.
Towards the end of derogation permit document it mentioned that any appeals would change the permitting timeframes and disrupt the nature of the approved permit. As derogation permit is only 2 years currently, I suspect that any appeals will be sorted pre December. And seen previously, the appeals already provided were weak in nature and rejected with no merit.
next 6 - 12 months will be transformative indeed!
