Get out of jail free card for TVN. The Initial transaction had the $5M due this week but clearly there isn’t enough in the TVN accounts right now. KRR have another $10M in shares in escrow until 2025 riding on the success of TVN so clearly they don’t want TVN to fail and go bankrupt so they gave them a free hit. Anyone complaining, it could have been a lot worse. As a KRR holder we needed this $5M to ramp up our Tennant Creek drilling so it’s an unfortunate set of circumstances.
