This is brilliant news, very pleased with this, as having been in such situations before, tidying up the old business can be a massive distraction and waste valuable time and resource which could be invested in forward development with far more significant outcome. Well done to management for getting this signed to allow focus on the knitting. Would be nice to get the final potential payment from this sale however. in my mind this will just be a bonus the key deal is the distraction is gone and Xped's can sharpen focus on revenue generation from it's technologies in the IoT space.
