    Back in January surely WEC will have been told to expect a decision in 3, 6, 9, 12 months.
    Even for a significant decision with potential trade implications is 6 months becoming absurd.
    Could it be 12 months. Why not 2 or 5 years.
    FFS what are the judges doing, rewriting the constitution!
